“Excellent location, conveniently situated next to the train station. However, I found the staff and overall system quite rigid and not very solution-oriented. I had an issue with Booking.com, and the staff were unwilling to assist in resolving it. When I asked for a contact number for Booking.com, I was simply referred back to the website.
I had also mistakenly booked the wrong dates, and there was no willingness to help adjust the reservation. That experience was disappointing and left a negative impression. In addition, I travel frequently all over the world, and this is the first hotel I have encountered where guests have to rent a kettle from reception.”
