Riviera Restaurant and lakefront amenities are just steps away. You’ll be just steps from the water’s edge at Josephine Lake, with several parks and the ferry to Steilacoom just minutes away.
At the home itself, let stress melt away each morning with a quiet cup of coffee on the deck while the kids play on the swing set. Inside, you’ll find an open, sun-filled space with modern furniture, clean lines, vaulted, pine-paneled ceilings, hardwood floors, and space to unclutter your mind from the everyday and reconnect with friends.
The chef will love the sleek kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and the round window-front table offers a picturesque spot for a meal, or you can step outside and dine alfresco. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
