“These rooms are immaculately cleaned, decorated very well, and have beautiful views. Get a room on the 3rd floor or higher for a view, but note there does not appear to be a reflective tint on the windows so close the curtains for privacy. The staff insist on serving you a delicious breakfast even if they have to hurry in the morning to prepare a takeaway meal (I told them it wasn’t necessary but they really did insist). The employees took care of me like I was family- even walking me to the curb to make sure the drivers knew where I was going or spoke English. I would plan another Hualien vacation to specifically stay at this property again. The rooms, the food, and especially the staff are amazing. ”
