The room was as clean as it could be but the old, old smell of cigarettes in the rug still overwhelms the room. The air gaps in the door. Curtains that could not block out the night time outside lighting and sun. The low water pressure that was warm, but never hot. Then the early, check in mentioned 30 minutes early, never happened and our room was not ready for an extra 45 minutes. If they could get rid of the smell it would be an okay place to take a low budget, laid back and low expectations visit.
We stayed for 1 night, which is fine for there. The room was very clean and the carpet and paint appear to have been recently done. However, the furnishings and bathroom need major updates.
We just needed a place to sleep for the night so this was fine. The look of the place and the rooms were outdated and a little run down. The air conditioner in our room was noisy. The continental breakfast was just cereal and toast, with coffee and juice. Still it was fine for a place to sleep.
