“The location for us is Perfect! Easy to find, get in and out, everything is nearby and easy. Parking is great and included. Free Coffee in the lobby is GOOD! Staff is working hard and friendly! Not cheap but cost less than other hotels... Overall, a Great Buy.”

“We were not alerted to the fact that our room overlooked an outdoor bar with live music playing until 11pm. A punk rock band that was so loud you couldn't watch TV. We asked to change rooms but were told there was nothing else available. The second issue was the TV. No local channels available and limited cable unless you had your own log in. Bottom line, we went to the restaurant across the street so we could watch the World Cup and escape the punk rock band. For $300 we felt we were taken advantage of, having stayed in less expensive hotels and had a far better experience.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED! Room phone missing, hair dryer broken, desk lamp missing, daily housekeeping, 2 times in 7 days.(This was all pictured in the room selection) I notified the room staff and the front desk of these shortcomings, and was IGNORED! This is the type of poor service received at an $80.00 a night chain hotel off I-95. I went ahead and cancelled a 10-day stay in August; fortunately, there are other choices.”

“I have a great time in the hotel but the phone in my room didn't work. The public restrooms on the first floor smelled very bad presumably from the night before and most of the dispensers were out of water. Apart from that, I think it’s a great hotel.”

“I like this hotel but received an email that the cost of my room was not accurate because they deactivated the discounted price. They wanted me to contact hotel.com That was not my fault and for that I wouldn’t want to book with them especially using hotel.com”

“Parking was easy and nice had a smart tv so you can watch Netflix the staff was also very nice as well as the air conditioning ”
