Positive: The breakfast was really good, and the location is very close to the heart of Alaçatı, so once you find the place, it’s very convenient for walking around.
Negative: The parking situation was honestly very frustrating. Before we arrived, the owner told us there were plenty of suitable parking spots near the hotel, but that was not the case at all. We ended up driving around very narrow streets for almost an hour trying to find somewhere to park, and eventually had to pay for parking. I really wish they had just told us in advance where it was better to park instead of saying parking would be easy.
The hotel was also very difficult to find because the location did not show up properly on Google Maps, which made arriving even more stressful.
We also did not find the owners particularly friendly or helpful. The biggest issue was when we asked for a second blanket. We had only one blanket and simply asked for another one, but instead of providing it, they told us to turn off the AC. I explained that I personally cannot sleep without a blanket, but they still refused to give us another one. At one point, they even took the blanket we already had, which I really did not understand. I have never stayed somewhere that would not provide an extra blanket when a guest asks for one.
Summary: Great breakfast and location, but difficult parking and unhelpful service.

The hotel is central but on a quiet street where you don't hear the music from the bars nearby. The hotel itself is clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, especially the jams which are home made. They were so good I offered to buy some.

Very nice hotel with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was very good with homemade products. It was even prepared to us earlier than usual as requested since we had to leave early and that was very appreciated.
Negative:
Nothing bad about the hotel but parking in the area is a bit of a problem since the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area so we had to walk a bit with the luggages and it was a struggle to find parking. However the hotel is well located in the pedestrian area. It is very easy to explore this nice town by walk especially in the evening.

The best place to stay in Alacati! The host is very polite, super friendly and helpful. The location of the property is perfect and there is free parking just at 1 minute walk. The breakfast was great! We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a great experience in Alacati!

Cozy stay with lovely host.
Selin was super nice and made us feel welcoming throughout our stay. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was great — especially the homemade jam made by Selin’s mom, so tasty.
Negative:
Pretty common for accommodations in Alacati!
If you’re arriving by car, there’s no on-site parking. Nearby private parking is available for 500 TRY per night. I recommend packing a small suitcase as you need to walk a short distance but on a stone-paved road for easier access.

The hotel is beautifully designed with authentic Alaçatı charm, and every detail is thoughtfully arranged.
Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable.
The location is perfect—close to the center but still peaceful and quiet.
What truly made our stay special was the hospitality.
The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
Breakfast was a real highlight—delicious homemade dishes, fresh local ingredients, and a lovely garden setting.👏👏
