The Space:
As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious, open-concept great room on the top floor, bathed in natural light. This airy space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with family and friends and is the ideal gathering spot.
This fully stocked kitchen features an open-concept design, allowing you to stay connected with the whole family while cooking. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
Pool Heat: Pool is open April 1st - November 1st and pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates.
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
