“Our first night we found the fridge did not work so asked reception to change it and they did but 6 hours later. They said wait 30 minutes before using it we left for 3 hours but it still didn't work. I found the staff very unhelpful in this matter.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better.
Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming.
I really appreciated how responsive the team was to any requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

“Good location and walking distance to almost everything you need fir a relaxing stay. They have recently renovated the building which gives it nicer look, since I was a repeat guest, they put me in a prime room which was facing the river however, rooms are pretty small and there is not even a chair to sit on in your room. I guess convenience wins over other things in this case. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. ”
