“Great stay, easy check in and check out. The staff was nice and efficient, they even had a couple restaurants in walking distance that were delicious and cheap. They are also on the bus line and a quick 5 minute walk to a train station, I would definitely stay again.”

“Rooms were spotless and the staff were immediately available if help was needed. We didnt need our room made up one day and left a sign saying do not disturb. They put a letter under the door thanking us for letting them know we didnt need it cleaning, but if we changed our minds just let reception know. Very accomodating. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Always happy to go above and beyond. Pool is lovely to break away from the city. Never crowded and plenty of poolside, terraced tables and grass to utilise.”

“Great hotel. Nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of barcelona and stay in a local area. Lots of amenities, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice quiet area with friendly people always happy to help. Excellent transport connections. Metro, team and train on your doorstep and the bus to the airport (L77) goes from outside of the front door. Staff were superb. Always friendly, warm and attentive. Pool is lovely and is surrounded by a lot of seating and open space. Highly recommend the hotel.”

“The hotel is about 20–25 minutes from Barcelona city centre, but it’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The nearest train and metro station is about a 6–8 minute walk away, which made getting around fairly convenient. We found the train service to be somewhat unreliable. On a few occasions, the train didn’t arrive at the scheduled time, or didn’t show up at all, so I would recommend using the metro instead whenever possible, as we found it to be more reliable. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear people opening and closing doors in the neighbouring rooms. This was a real issue during our stay, as we had very noisy neighbours who would come back from partying around 2–4 AM and were extremely loud. We were woken up multiple times during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the location was peaceful and convenient, but the poor soundproofing and unreliable train service were significant downsides.”

“We highly recommend this hotel if in the area. We stayed one night pre cruise (20 min taxi ride from port). Didn’t pre book breakfast but they fitted us in no problem. Well worth the 15 eur per head as they had a great selection of hot or cold items and I have to say they kept the dining area super clean and the food was well topped up.”

“The staff was good,friendly. Helpfull. The pool and the terrasse behind are nice and clean. The room is very very old, scratched floors, and the administration apprently has no idea what « service » is. Ussualy when a hotel is doing rénovation they try to offer the best to theirs guests and make them feel confortable, however the administration doesnt care about courtesy. Ussual for the guests that have to deal with construction noise early in the morning and people changing carpetry, it is not very pleasent. At 10:40 they were knocking on our door steps, calling us to let us know they are doing the floors/carpets and etc and they would like us to leave faster… the repair guys were literally in the door waiting for us to leave. Guys check out is at 12. Elevators are blocked. We had to use the loundry elevator. Staff said they « were not able to find us » however we was not hard to find, and im pretty sure that at the reception they remember us well. Ussualy when repairs are expected you let your guests AWARE IN ADVANCE and well for the inconfortability some kind of discount is offered. Here nothing.. just pression to leave the hotel because of réparation. Verdict. The staff was allright, the board however doesnt have an idea what is hospitality. Will i come back to this place? Doubt it. Will i recommend it? Nope.”
