Summary: This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

Summary: We stayed a night at the resort. Our room was part of the unrenovated part of the resort. A superior ocean facing room. It was not clean, with dirty floors, moldy bathrooms and a stiff bed. The windows in the shower and toilet room do not close, so it is impossible to keep the room cold or to keep the bugs out.
The gym was in pretty dismal condition also.
However, the breakfast, and dinner was very good. The service was also very good at the resort.
