From the captain Andre, that's that man, to Rod the bartender, Percy who goes everywhere, Daisy and Glenda who cater to any needs, to all of the staff behind the scenes, you cannot ask for a better staff at a resort! “This place is a gem! The thoughtful service was above and beyond. The island sits on average a 30 minute boat ride off the coast. Lots of available activities both in the water and on the mainland. There are only a few units on property so it’s very low key. Gorgeous views and a private lagoon with mangroves. Dolphins, iguanas and sting rays are all over and it’s only a mile or so from the barrier reef with untold wildlife. Daisy is the main point of contact. She is quick to respond with any needs. The bar was somewhat limited on the all inclusive package. Basically rum and beer with other options available as a pay per drink premium. Definitely would recommend and we’ll visit again in the future.”

“Very single staff member truly made us feel important. Best customer service we experienced at any all inclusive resort we’ve visited. Housekeeping would find us on the island to make sure that we were ok with them cleaning our room at that time. Room was always very clean. Bartenders and restaurant staff went above and beyond every day.”

Whether you go just to relax on the beach like we did or want to plan as many excursions as possible, there really is something for everyone. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The chef was amazing. Special shoutout to Daisy, Percy, Roddy, and Michael who were there for most of, if not all, of our stay, It’s A+ service, minimal thinking required, just sit back and enjoy.
