“The room was very clean and the little kitchenette was perfect”

“Hi, I had to cancel my booked stay because the whole town was experiencing a power outage. I had booked through Hotels.com but they were unhelpful initially about refunding my stay. I worked closely with Shemron Suites and they facilitated my refund. Without their help Hotels.com would not have refunded. I am very grateful to Shemron in particular N who was so helpful in being the interface between me and Hotels.com. Next time I will book directly with the hotel. I encourage people to stay here simply for the great customer service.”
