Positive: Very quiet with excellent facilities. The bed was huge. There was separate bath and shower in the spacious bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and milk, tea coffee biscuits dishwasher tablets were all supplied.
Very rural location but Winchester and Portsmouth were only about 12 miles away so handy for days out.
Negative: It was nice to be on a farm but there were too many flies around for my liking

Positive: Wonderful situation_ideal for access to Meon Valley villages & for general rural exploration. Very peaceful with lovely views (& the sighting of kites very close & frequent!) Well appointed.
Negative: We found the lounge area chairs rather too soft & 'ample' for us-but then we're also small people!

Very quiet with excellent facilities. The bed was huge. There was separate bath and shower in the spacious bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and milk, tea coffee biscuits dishwasher tablets were all supplied.
