Clean property and convenient location to Universal Studios. Breakfast options were disappointing! The room’s amenities were minimal and did not meet the expectations we had from Sheraton! The added $55 per night of parking is ridiculous ! Not a value for money spent.
First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.
people who work there are nice and helpful. The shuttle go to universal studios is convenient. I will choose to stay there again in the future.
