“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff, quiet clean rooms, located walking distance to downtown restaurants and the beach. Breakfast buffet was hearty and served nicely. Great for a relaxing family vacation.”

“The location of the hotel is great, Proximity to Main Street in Falmouth and then access to Shore Drive to get to the beach. But the location is the only good thing. The hotel is in need of a massive update. Everything is old and looks run down, and not to the level where it looks quaint or charming, it just old and run down. We found 2 cockroaches in our bathroom, disposed of them ourselves. Mentioned this to staff when we checked out and they acted surprised but didnt seem concerned beyond that. We didnt expect anything more than an apology, but we didnt even get that.”

“The property is an older motel style layout, but the rooms were clean and updated. I have family in the area so don’t stay overnights much. You can’t beat the location, easily walk to beach and Main Street”

“The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was the best part of our stay. However, the hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers. The property is quite old and in need of significant renovation. Our room was poorly maintained. Also, the ceiling had a hole, and the overall condition felt worn and outdated. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with a terrible mattress that made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The rooms need to be updated and better maintained to justify the price.”

“I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.”
