Siayanrock Hometel Reviews
Reviewer Type: Solo Traveller
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We loved our stay at the hotel. Since it was the lean season, we had the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV came with Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. Tita Ofel and Tito Robert took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. They gave us comprehensive tours around Batanes, introduced us to many warm and friendly locals, and even treated us to a memorable stargazing experience at their private view deck.
Negative: Honestly, none. The hotel itself was amazing, and its location in Ivana made us feel very safe throughout our stay. As one of the safest places in the Philippines, Ivana allowed us to walk around even at night with complete peace of mind. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel, especially since the TV had all our favourite streaming apps, including Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube.

Positive: My stay at Siayanrock Hometel was truly heartwarming. Ate Ofel and Kuya Robert go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and well cared for.
The room comes with a private balcony overlooking the sea—a perfect spot for stargazing at night or simply relaxing and taking in the view. You can hear the soothing sound of the waves from the room, as the beach is just a short walk away.
The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, as well as a hot and cold shower. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee in the shared kitchen.
If you’re looking to escape the crowds and experience the peaceful charm, warmth, and beauty of Batanes, I highly recommend staying here. Siayamrock Hometel offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine Batanes experience.
