Backyard pool is fully fenced-in for your family privacy with tranquille garden setting where you could relax and enjoy a peaceful, harmonious time.

Here are our rules and expectations:

1. All children must be supervised by adults over 18 yrs old.
2. No bonfires, no fireworks, no firearm allowed anywhere on property.
3. No drinking/eating in the pool.
4. One surveillance camera is placed for your security outside at front door and one in over the garage door.
5. Noise ordinance: 9pm-7am quiet hours. Please be mindful of neighbors.
6. Only 10 registered guests is allowed to stay at the house.
7. NO SMOKING! Subject to a $250 violation fee.
8. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Subject to a $500 violation fee. Guests will be asked to leave after the first violation and no refund will be issued.
9. No gathering is permitted in small groups in front of the property.
10. All local guests are required a $500 deposit which will be refunded if house rules are not violated during the reservation.
11. The garage is not included in this rental.
12. Please shut the door behind you, every time you enter or come out. Florida tropical weather produces lots bugs, naturally. Do not leave any door or window open. A/C is set 24hrs/day for your comfort during your stay.
