The room was clean but the air conditioning did not work as well as a bank of lights. We had to call the front desk and they had maintenance come over and fix it. It is an older property that could use updating.
Don't let the outside fool you, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room and one of the apartments and both were nicely decorated and modern. The location was great, as I could walk for coffee, food, drinks, and even shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I ever stay in Hershey again, I will stay here.
Parking was easy and close. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was near to where we were going. The staff went above and beyond.
