“The Hotel was amazing however when we arrived we asked to have a transfer arranged for our return to Rome airport after our stay. We were assured that would be taken care of. We checked the 2nd day and the third day to make sure this was taken care of since we had a party of 5 including luggage. Each time we were assured this was taken care of. The morning of our flight we came down to the lobby with all our luggage only to find out that we could not get a taxi in time to make our flight. No one told us this might be a problem at 4 am. We finally ended up having to change our flight which resulted in extra cost, many hours of waiting for layovers and many more hours flight time. It unfortunately made a wonderful experience very upsetting in the end.”

“I personally felt that the breakfast was not up to my expectation. And eggs etc. cost extra?!!! But maybe as I am used to breakfasts in safari lodges in Africa and India I expected too much.”
