Positive: The apartment is brand new and FULLY equipped, with AC, mosquito nets, washing machine and dishwasher. Two balconies. Internal parking. Very comfortable beds. It is 10 minutes walking from the centre and nearby supermarkets, pharmacy and the archaeological museum, 15 minutes from the city beach. Very pleasant and suitable for long stay. Very nice and helpful host!!!

This flat is amazing - one of the best we've ever stayed. It is located 10 mins walk from the center of Sitia in a quiet part of the town. The flat is very spacious with big balconies which were perfect to have breakfast or just chill. It was very convenient that the flat had it own private parking space as we were travelling by car every day.
We were met on check-in by the host and welcomed with traditional pastry and raki :) Very nice people and always responsive.
Tuesday morning there is a market on the parking lot nearby which was great to get some fresh veggetables and fruits.
Overall great experience!
Negative:
The only thing we found missing was some basic stuff in the kitchen like a knife and salt (other than that the kitchen is very well equipped). But it wasn't a problem at all.
Summary: Great place to stay in Sitia which and makes you come back

The apartment was in a peaceful location but only ten minute walk from everything. There was private secure parking for the car. The apartment was more spacious than expected as the living area was huge. It would still be very comfortable for four people. The large balcony at the front was shaded and sheltered. If you want sun the balcony at the back was available. The double bedroom had a comfortable bed and was a decent size with plenty of storage. There were windows on three sides of the property all with mosquito netting. And the bedroom window had exterior electric shutters to block out the sun. Crockery and cutlery was more than sufficient. The washing machine and rack were extremely useful. There is an AB supermarket three minutes walk away. And there was a fruit and veg market on the Tuesday in the nearby car park.

The wifi was not password protected.
