Summary: The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private.
We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities.
The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets where there are lots of options for dining.

Summary: Incredible. Seriously. I don’t think either of us have stayed anywhere that has left such a wonderful impression. It was an experience like what you always hope to have, but rarely do. Attention to detail, comfortable and sensible rooms with a personal touch that makes it feel like you’re staying somewhere that is really cared for. Not sure when we’ll have another experience at a hotel/bnb like this, so I think we’ll just have to come back!
