Positive: The location was good staff can be a bit more polite and put a smile on their face and try to speak more english some can and some on duty does not even answer you when you ask them something so they can learn to be more polite as they dealing with foreigners in a city that you need to know how to get to places but most of them just say they don’t know I find that rude being in a new city and the staff in a hospitality business just look at you without helping you
Negative: The property has not many facilities to keep u occupied like they show A Gym I never saw a Gym or any other facilities like a sauna or steam room
Summary: Stay was ok as the room was always clean and the view great butvnothing else to do in hotel besides sitinng in lounge

Positive: Spacious bedroom, seems like a new building, comfortable big bed, well maintained, clean, enough wardrobe and general space.
Negative: Very small stuff like a shower caddy might have been good. No place to keep stuff. Also the shower glass could have been longer. Too big a washbasin where water doesn't drain easily from all corners.

The hotel was modern and well appointed with lovely staff at Reception and in the restaurant. The 'smart' system for the hotel room was clever and (pretty) functional. The shower was lovely.
Negative:
The room was overheated and it was difficult to turn the heating down.

Close to the main attractions of the city and the property front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly.
Negative:
Internet too slow and you have to pay for the parking. Shower drain blocked and nope was broken and was attended the next day. Rooms are small and congested and you don’t have enough space for the baggage
