“Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. The third non l-bunk bed was too small for 2 people so I slept on the pull out mattress at a lower level than my partner. The office is quite a long uphill walk from the main ”

“Good location being a little closer to the main square than other apartments. Apartment clean, however it had a leaking water heater so a water resevoir needed draining daily by ourselves. Confusing check out as we were told 10am until 12am. At 10am no one was there. On ringing was given a code to a key box to leave keys. If we had known this we could have checked out and been skiing an hour earlier. Parking was available outside the apartments which was great saving around 20 euros a day. The first night was very noisy from midnight for half an hour with families returning from a night out. With no 24 hour reception very difficult to police this. The second night was very quiet. Booked through the hotels.com app but still needed to e mail reservation confirmation to the property at check in, not sure why. Overall a good stay with whichbwith a few changes would have been great.”

“The room was fine - comfortable and well equiped. We found it difficult to book in as there is no reception. We were first told to come back at 4 to get a key, in fact the staff arrived at 5 15. Once we got in all was fine. ”
