Positive: Location is great and the apartment has the majority of the commodities. The host is amazing. He let us stay longer due to the naps of the baby. Host was always available when needed.
The living room is spacious and confortable. There was a stair gate for babies. The kitchen is well equiped.
Negative: Since it is a division of a larger house, facing north, the house was dark, namely on the ground floor, with the main room not well illuminated. Second room has no windows. No ventilation in toilet.
Cleaning could be better. Our baby crawled on the floor and immediately got her white socks dark.

The location is perfect. One can walk to Adventure Park and the waterfall. Also, the apartment is right next to the hiking trail.
Negative:
The air on the first floor is a bit damp. That makes the apartment colder than it actually is.

It is nicely decorated and spacious! A very nice house and very close to the small city center of Petit Coo.
Negative:
It is noisy. The house is in between two big houses which can be rented out by groups. And when both places are rented out, you can very well hear the sound the groups of people make in the house on the right and left of this house.

Negative:
Doesn't have washing machine which is a bit annoying.
The entrance is through a garden and when it rains (almost every day in the area) it gets super muddy. I had mud everywhere up to my ankles. Needed some gardening boots.

Nothing. If I were to be super critical, then I would ask for a more supportive mattress on the single bed. So, don't worry, it's a very cosy apartment.
