Positive: Staff were able to store my bags as I arrived early. They filled my water bottle. Response to a call to front desk for a toilet that would not stop running was handled immediately and to my satisfaction.
Negative: We requested an umbrella that was never delivered. Knowing I booked two rooms, letting me know that they would not be on the same floor based on the room set ups would have set an expectation and not disappointed us when we arrived, as we were a party of five that had to stay on two separate floors.
Summary: Great location, comfortable rooms, and vibrant decor made for an enjoyable stay in SoHo.

Positive: It was a historic building in a very good location close to 2 subway lines. We were in a girls trip, so 3 of us shared the room. The room was large with two comfortable queen beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and they had daily housekeeping
Negative: The building does not have elevators. The hotel does help with the luggage, however, you will have to walk the stairs to get to your room.
The bathroom was quite small compared to the size of the room! It was tight for 3 adults to share.
They have very limited coffee/tea service, outside of that not much more amenities
