“Nice new hotel; however, there was a foul odor coming out of the water in the shower. I reported the smell but nothing was done. Moreover, the temperature of the water was cold. I reported the water temperature too but it was not corrected. In any event, the staff was nice.”

“Unfolded my towels and dead insects came out. Water wasnt hot due to it not being turned on. Also sat at the restaurant for 10mins waiting for service till i just got up and walked out. ver was friendly. Just need more training ”
