“The laundry machine hasn’t been cleaned in years! It needs entire replacement. One dryer has a broken down sign. The garbage can in the has 7 years filth on the exterior because it’s never wiped down. You’re afraid to toss garbage in it because one must touch it. Then the rubber inside the machine that should be cleaned weekly never was. It had human hair, pet hair, change, lint, bug deposits and more in it. There was pet hair on the inner door and the problem is that when I told staff, they didn’t even feel like it was a big deal! After I told they had someone who was to go and look. He did nothing but maybe wiped the outdoor glass. I had to tell them again and he still did nothing. There was bodily fluid on a pillow also so that had to be replaced after we noticed on the 3rd night. Dirt of thick ness in the floors elevators. This is 3-6 years of dirt. Not just monsoon dust and sand dirt that accumulates. This is dirt no one has bothered to even try.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Sonesta Suites! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. the outdoor pool and hot tub area was clean, beautifully kept, and a great place to unwind. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. It makes such a difference when a hotel has a great team. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything was good, I just was there for sleep looks good looks clean , the only thing to say it's the parking lot it's a fee 5 $ per day ..so I don't know why but I understand rules are rules...”

“The bed was extremely hard. My back hurt from sleeping on it. The pillows were too soft. I was shocked that we had to pay to park in their parking lot. Pool was nice and refreshing. ”
