The space
Right around the corner from the southside "strip" on Main Street, this condo offers modern comfort and location, location, location. There is a parking spot and private entrance for your convenience included with two bedrooms with large closets, two bathrooms , living room with a sleeper sofa, two balconies, fully stocked kithen and laundry room.
The downstairs bedroom closet is stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, filtered water, keurig coffee and tea and snacks. In case you need them, a pac n' play and sheets, iron and ironing board, and extra blankets are also included, located in the master bedroom closet. Wifi and Hulu+ are offered complimentary. The condo also comes with a house manual with recommendations on where to eat, drink, play and shop--everything you might need to have an enjoyable stay.
Please be aware that the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are accessible without using the stairs but there is a flight of stairs to the main floor (kitchen and living room) and another flight to the master suite.
Guest access
You will have one designated parking space marked with 1566 and then follow the sidewalk to your private back entrance into the downstairs bedroom or walk around to the the front entrance located on Cowart street.
