Well-situated in the green, central Hillcrest village, this contemporary family home boasts close proximity to the restaurants and bars of St Clair West, a multitude of parks and grocery stores, as well as downtown Toronto.

This space encompasses the main and lower floors of the building and is light and airy with large windows, which invite in the canopy of surrounding foliage. You can enjoy charcoal BBQing on the deck, or relax on the roofed patio that has a fire table and couches for cosying up outside in the evenings.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 pullout couch for additional sleeping in the family room. There is a full bathroom with an oversized shower and heated floor. There is a washer/dryer on the lower level.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a sizeable fridge with ice maker, an LG stove, Mele dishwasher, toaster, etc.

2 outdoor seating areas. Your own private deck off the family room and the rear patio with couches, fire table and cedar structure to protect you from rain.

High speed internet. We have 150Mbps but we average 250Mbps. Upload tends to average 15Mbps. We have the EERO Pro X3 Mesh wifi relay system for full house coverage. The new smart TV in the family room is 52"

Public transit is 5 minutes away. Multiple grocery stores and major shopping centres near by. Great restaurants are just at the top of the street, and you can walk to the Wychwood barns farmers market which is usually open every Saturday.

If you need a crib, please inquire. The house is not set up for toddlers/infants (not baby proofed). We will help where we can.
