🌡️ Temperature Settings
As this is a two-unit home with a shared HVAC system, temperature is centrally managed to ensure comfort across both the upper and lower units. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a perfect temperature for both spaces at all times — though this is rarely an issue.
If you'd like the temperature adjusted, please contact the host. We usually respond within 20 minutes, but it may take longer at times. For faster assistance, we recommend leaving a missed call.

📅 For Extended Stays (28+ Days)
For stays of 28 days or longer, guests are required to sign a medium-term
rental agreement before check-in. This confirms:
The stay is for business or vacation purposes, not a primary residence.
The stay is not governed by the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
There is no landlord-tenant relationship and no tenancy rights.
Guests must vacate the property on the agreed check-out date.
Guests agree to follow house rules, maintain the space, and notify the host of issues.
The stay may be terminated if terms are violated or disruptive behavior occurs.
Guests release the host from liability for personal loss and agree to cover any damages caused. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub.
