“This is a lovely property. The apartment is well maintained, clean, spacious and has a nice flow. It is large enough that you can imagine you live there comfortably. Easy to get to and a very nice, central location in Lisbon on the edge of both Alfama and Baixa. Our only complaint is that the windows face a busy, commercial area and it was very noisy. There s no air conditioning so having the windows open is necessary. But the noise! Between vehicle traffic, foot traffic, the parking “gorilla” yelling directly below, the cruise ships it was always very noisy until late at night. One night a band with loud bass played in a tent directly across the street until 5 am. True story. We are an older couple so this was a bit distressing. As I said, the residence itself was very comfortable but will probably look for a quieter nighborhood for future Lisbon visits. For a younger couple who enjoy being in the center of activity, this would be a great place to stay.”

“This is a beautiful large apartment at edge of the Tagus River. Living room, bedroom, kitchen all long and wide. View onto the river. Within easy walking distance of many interesting areas. Leave your car safely 10 minutes away at the Cruise Line Parking for only 8 Euros a day (Cash Only!),”

“It's a nice flat, spacious and confortable, with quality furnitures. One little embarassing thing: the upper neighbour's steps can be heard pretty much at nigth and in the morning. :-(”

“The owner received us very warmly and made great sugestions! Location is very good near the restaurants of Alfama and the Cathedral. The apartment is big (we were 3) and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. Would definitely recommend it to a friend!”

“Our stay was very succesfull. The location is perfect for visiting all attractions in Lisboa. We did eat in several restaurants nearby, allso with Fado-music. Try the big place "Time out" opposite side to the station Cais do Sodre. That was something. Moreover there is a baker and butcher almost round the corner. I can warmly recommend this property.”
