“Solid place in a quiet area. Easy to walk to the beach. A bit of a walk to restaurants/stores, but nothing awful. Super short car trips to places. Its amazing having two full bathrooms!! Make sure to bring your own coffee if you’re into that kind of thing.”

“This property is in a prime location. It is right on the water, and the view is beautiful. We even caught a fish from the dock, just for fun. It was very reasonably, actually a bit low, priced. The downside? It's not super clean, and the renovations aren't great. We would still stay here again. It's priced for the downside.”

“This was a perfect stay for 4 ladies for long weekend get away. Rooms were large, beds comfortable and all the amenities of a condo, plus a dock to watch the sunrise on. Will be back again as the value can't be beat-”

“This place is in a great location for everything we wanted to do in St Pete's. The view from the back windows was gorgeous! It's well set up for two couples. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. It is on the 2nd floor, which may not be apparent from the listing.There were a few things that could be easily tweaked to make this a solid 5 star review:• There was only 1 washcloth per person, and they were made out of some strange, non-absorpbent material. I had to buy laundry soap and dryer sheets to do a load of laundry every night. Luckily, the apartment had its own washer and dryer.•The bathroom off of the bedroom has a sliding door which doesn't latch all the way closed. A normal door would be much better.•The bathrooms contained pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Since only shampoo was listed on the website as being included, we brought items we didnt need to. The pumps were attached to the shower wall and were easily knocked off just by turning around. There were no shower caddys to put your own shower supplies, nor were there any hooks on the walls to hang clothes or towels.• There were beach towels there, which also weren't listed as included. We took up precious carry-on space with our own towels, which we could have left at home.Overall, though, this was reasonably priced with a beautiful, peaceful view. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.”

“Glitch with Vrbo site regarding payment but once clear communication resolved the issue there was nothing concerning thereafter. Easy access to unit. Beautiful views, all of our needs were met for our specific trip anyway. The only suggestion I would make is to place some kind of privacy covering on the glass of the entry door especially since you can see through it inside to one of the the bedrooms from the common balcony. We are looking forward to booking there again! Fun area and we loved the unit! Thank you so much!!! :-)”
