This place looks and feels like it should be shut down. No A/C in 80% of the building, no elevators work, looks like it needs revamped to modern times, arcade only 1/2 the games work and the ones that do work don’t work correctly. 1/2 of the water park was shut down for 2 hours but the kids did still have fun. The staff was great but severally under staffed.

The 8 person suite DOES NOT include 8 wristbands to swim..only 6. Now you are spending 100$ for 2 more guests that you've already bought their room. NEXT..the house phone didn't work They did NOT inform us there was a prior recent fire on the floor we were on, so that may have had a bit to do with the fact that when we arrived...our room was 90°+ . The air was not working...AT ALL. THEY WERE SO BUSY AT CHECKING IN CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE FACT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU YOU CAN CHECK IN VERY EARLY AND HANG OUT AT THE POOL UNTIL YOUR ROOM IS AVAILABLE BY 3. that little tidbit would have been a huge help!! So now, its 4pm by the time the other guests have been checked in in the long line you waited in...so now your in the room...get the kids situated..its 4:30...POOL CLOSES AT 7pm. Next morning, checkout at 11..your wristband allows you until 1pm. Over the 4th July...storm hit..bad, all power out..NOT THEIR FAULT, but even BACKUP POWER GENERATORS WENT OUT. No lights Elevator caught guests, unable to use, so disabled guests in wheelchairs were panicked. No electronic door keys work WE WENT HOME. I personally will not ever book again, but for this area of Michigan, its the ONLY amusement for kids.
