“The review is more about circumstances than quality. First it took 2 hours to check in due to a computer glitch. They are in the middle of a manager turnover and there was a scheduled power outage notification that was scheduled with the previous manager and the new one had no idea. This left the entire hotel without power for 12 hours, overnight. I called to get a refund and the cs agent gave me a runaround saying they would credit my account 40$ and try and see about a full refund. We will have to see”

“Room was nice and spacious. Close proximity to numerous eating establishments. Comfortable bed. Only drawback was the noise that comes with being in a city.”

“Hotel is in the midst of renovation but this is no way impedes use of amenities or anything else. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Debbie helped us figure out the a.c. in our room (operator error). She also recommended several places to dine. Debbie does it all--five stars!”

“I feel some photos.were.AI because it was not as nice as the photos. Our oom especially. We didnt have a trash can or many other things. We checked in after 1 am and their fire alarm went off. After traveling 12.5 hours for the airshow, it was something else. Breakfast definitely is not a buffet style as I was told and photos portray.”
