Parking is poor, best bet check in and park at door then after you get key move to back or side doors access them for entering

Nice, new hotel. Great breakfast. Walkable to huge shopping mall, lots of restaurants, ice cream places etc. short drive to Oxnard and Ventura Harbors (ferries to Channel Islands).
