St Augustine Studio Walk to Marina Downtown | Apartment in St. Augustine, Florida

Very safe neighborhood, easy walking to local restaurants.

The photos deceived us - the host should update these. The main reason we booked this property over others was the air hockey table shown in the photos. When we arrived to NO air hockey table, our 6 year old son was in tears! This is a big ticket item to remove & not even mention in the notes, so I felt it was false advertisement. The property was otherwise satisfactory. The location was nice. I was nervous about not having a dedicated parking spot, but it was 100% not an issue. There was always plenty of street parking available at all times of day. The studio was clean & well equipped. The beds were comfy, but there was one noisy mattress - it squeaked at the slightest of movements. It didn't affect the comfort, but beware if there's a light sleeper in your group. I liked being above the garage, especially with a child, so we didn't have to worry about being quiet for someone staying below us like in a hotel. We didn’t eat in/cook, so I can't really speak to the kitchen contents, but the fridge & freezer were spacious & it seemed suitable if you wanted to cook. I would also suggest the host provides a more comprehensive list of amenities. For example, there were beach towels provided, but this wasn't listed, so I packed our own. It was nice of the host to provide them, but would've been even better to know in advance to have saved me the extra luggage items. Same for the hair dryer, laundry tablets & dryer sheets, shampoo/etc.

Host was welcoming and helpful.Warmed the hot tub for us.Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Street parking easy right next to property.There are stairs up to the apartment. Would happily return

Loved this place

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was clean and it definitely looks smaller than it really is. Everything we needed was available. The owners were amazing. They even let me play with their sweet dog Cocoa. The pool made our day. We hung out there and relaxed. We made breakfast and had coffee. The landscape is beautiful, lots to enjoy. The location was great so close to downtown and historical sites. I will book here again.

My husband and I had a great stay in this St. Augustine studio. Thanks to the unit's convenient location, we were able to walk across the bridge into town every day and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to nearby restaurants. Our host was also very accommodating as she allowed us to check in early and gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to borrow. The shared pool is also very nice, but as noted in the welcome packet in the studio, it isn't heated so not really usable until the summertime. The owners have pets on-site, including 2 cats and a dog - the dog, Cocoa, looks intimidating as she barks at you from the gate, but she's really sweet, and the owner met us first to welcome us before we entered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
