Positive:
We arrived late with a dog, that owners didn't know was coming... So late at night, all a bit confusing.
However we were welcomed and welcomed again.
Everything was available for you to use. In fact I would challenge anyone to think of something missing... We were visiting to look at properties, so no Wi-Fi was a little niggle. Property was extremely clean too and fresh. The little basket of goodies was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. I cannot fault the place or the owner's.
Owners, didn't know we were bringing a dog apparently, so maybe a screen (but you may already do this) so pets do not get access to the owners garden.
Summary: Welcoming, clean and everything you need.
