Positive: Very spacious and comfortable quiet location and no noise from next door either lovely layout perfect for us as a family with grown up children and grandkids that we could all be together would recommend
Negative: Need to address the drains as there was a distinct smell of drains periodically but not enough to make it unbearable. would be nice to have one cupboard in kitchen to store dry goods, more plates and cutlery in order to make full use of dishwasher as found we had to put on after every meal as no spare utensils. Tongs would be useful. 2 bins to be able to separate recycling and general waste would make things easier as we had a toddler couldn't leave recycling next to bin.
