Secluded 10 Acre ranch on the edge of Blackwater river State Park. You’ll love the 2 acres that comes with the house you rent, as it is completly fenced in, This is a great place for canoeing, Nature Hikes and Fishing with Blackwater close by, if you want a great place to bring your own horses on a vacation this is the place stall or pasture. we are also 35 miles to the Beaches

Beautiful property and the host was the greatest, just one of the nicest people I have ever met. The home does need some tiny things here and there but my family and friends that stayed are not spoiled or unappreciative people and we loved everything about the property and already set a date in the summer next year to stay even longer.
This is a lovely property with a lot of potentials. The game room/office with a massage chair, foosball, and air hockey was a wonderful surprise and not listed in the description. We enjoyed our stay and relaxation before and after the mud run, we did. With this said, the property was not what we are used to for VRBO listing. House is lived in with food in the fridge and pantry. Cleanliness and linens are not cleaning service standards. There were stains on towels, carpets, and bedding. Comforters and throw pillows were well worn. The hot tub had a white cream ring around the filter, which I assume is skin cells. The pool, while clear, had sediment in the bottom, and the pool liner was coming loose; the diving board was loose and held on by one screw. The entire pool area needs pressure washing; the screen cover is torn and missing half of the panels, so the pool was full of bugs. This property had no reviews when we booked, and I assume we have been the first to book. Since it is a lived-in property, we had plenty of utensils and a place setting for all 12 of us for multiple meals. It was nice since most VRBOs have place settings for four and say they sleep 8-10. I hope the owners give this property the TLC it needs because it could do very well for them and be great for families.
