“We had an older room. It was nothing like the picture. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s quiet and peaceful. We didn’t use any of the amenities. After looking at the reviews we decided not to eat at the hill top restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the first room had an Oder and we went back to the front desk and asked for the room to be changed. Without hesitation they gave us another room (which was much better in regard to the floor (first floor) and clean. There is no elevator in the building where we stayed, so we were glad to get a first floor. The knees are not the same.”

“Our experience at Steele Hill was just okay. Upon arrival, we were charged a different amount than what my email stated, and if not brought to the front desk's attention, they wouldn't have said anything. Several guests in our party all received phone calls the day of the wedding we were attending on sight asking if we would like to join the timeshare. After expressing they were calling during the wedding day, they insisted they would call back later, not very professional. For such high daily rates, no breakfast included, broken vending machines, and maps with no street names to help guide, we have preffered other stays in NH more.”

“The resort is old and we did not have time to use the amenities, such as the pools. The restaurant has good food. I probably won't return there.”

“We were very happy with all the accommodations, the view was amazing! The only thing that I can say negative is the WiFi was a little spotty. We went there on motorcycles and they even had a bike wash station that had everything you needed! Great stay!”

“The easter buffet was over priced, my daughter just turned 12 and was charged as an adult..we literally had a couple pieces of bacon/sausage and a waffle…my son had a couple pieces of bacon and some fruit and it cost us $111, it was disappointing but the rest of the stay was amazing!”
