Steps away from Dayton’s Historic Oregon District Reviews
The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash, one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in the bedroom, so we could easily recharge our phones and computers. The kitchen was easy to figure out and comfortable for the one night we decided to eat in.The apartment was a comfortable place to stay for 6 days of research at the library's history room.
