Summary: We stayed on the Loft Suite. They door sticks very bad. From a thick coating of paint. They were aware that most are like this. I really had to put my shoulder into it. Maybe a Sander around the edges quick? Our room was beside the elevator, and the noise was constant.Also mentioned around the elevator. To me, smell like electrical, or burnt oil? Who knows, said they want to call the Serviceman. Thankfully the bed's were amazing and fell asleep quick. TVs are fuzzy. But did the trick. Thankfully we brought our own ice maker. Wasn't an ice machine on our floor. These are little things, and easily to correct. The staff are all very good and helpful. We would stay again. But not in a Loft. Nice, but found ourselves up & down. Way too often, & those middle of the night, bathroom breaks can be challenging.

The room was clean, the towels were fine, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives ended.
Street noise came straight through the windows, the AC/heat unit was extremely loud — bad enough to interfere with Teams meetings — and the shower water pressure was more like a drizzle.
Breakfast featured what appeared to be an egg-and-cheese analogue extruded into an industrial tube and microwaved until warm.
Overall: functional, but not somewhere I’d stay again.

Summary: The lobby was modern and spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, including coming up to our room to help us get on their wifi. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Great hotel! I would stay there again.

Summary: This was an overnight stay as we drove from Ottawa back towards western Ontario on our way home. Located 5 minutes off the 401, the Strata Hotel is modern and clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite. Helpful front-desk staff checked us in quickly. Our room was lovely! Comfy king bed. Upholstered chair. Space for our bags. And the usual room amenities. Spacious bathroom with fluffy towels! A nice luxurious ending to our trip!

Summary: What a really pleasant surprise when we entered the lobby and then the room. Beautiful lounge and room. There by are lots of little details I love like the soft black washcloth with makeup stitched on it, recycling in the room. The bed gave us the best sleep of our vacation and full sized tv!
I recommended to the front desk they need better signage for the hotel when entered the parking lot from a direction not seeing the sign. I met three other travellers in the parking lot all looking for the hotel and we thought we were scammed!it would be nice to have lamps or something providing charging outlet other than the bathroom. Some lamps you can buy have them. Great night stay and great price.

Summary: This hotel surprised me. Very modern feel to it. It has been recently updated. We really appreciated the outdoor patio area and lobby bar.
