Positive: From the moment we entered the property we loved it.. the colours and furnishings throughout were very obviously put together by someone with a very good eye. Small touches like the fresh milk, oil, fairy liquid and a quantity of gel capsules for the washing machine too.
A very pretty and quirky home, we couldn’t have chosen anywhere more central to everything.
Negative: Just a very small observation, some sort of hanging basket for inside the shower would be a bonus instead of having your gels and shampoos scattered around your feet. Although there are two full length mirrors in the bedrooms a longer mirror in the bathroom would be better for guests under 5’5”.. I couldn’t see to put my makeup on so ended up in the bedroom which wasn’t ideal. These are being picky but I thought I would add something which could make the stay easier for paying guests.

Location is good but very noisy as the pedestrian road is used as a thoroughfare .
Negative:
The tumble dryer being fixed sooner, as we had terrible weather and needed to dry our clothes. They did try and help by providing a couple of clothes horses.
Summary: Steep stairs would be tricky for certain age groups. The tumble dryer was broken .

The apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities that were needed. The location is fantastic! Near shops, bars and restaurants and it's walkable to the train station.
We were very, very happy and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent central location with the best of what Norwich has to offer in walking distance.
Flat is extremely well equipped and done to a very high standard. Retains a lot of character and original features whilst still feeling fresh and modern.
Hosts (AirNorfolk) are super helpful and easily contactable. Hard to fault our stay and amazing value for money.
Negative:
If you’re staying Friday/Saturday night be prepared for a quite a lot of noise from people walking past. Due to single glazed windows and bedrooms being on the side of King St sound from street travels. Not a complaint as didn’t bother me (nice to hear people enjoying the nighttime economy).
For an extremely well equipped flat, the only thing I felt was missing was shower gel/shampoo. Loads of local Norfolk companies around which I’m sure would happily supply. The sort of thing I usually forget as most hotels/self serve flats provide this.
