Positive: Lovely little apartment. Well positioned, directly on the beach. Little supermarket opposite and delicious bakery just down the road. Super clean.
Negative: We were only there for 2 nights, was perfect for this. Towels could be a bit better but they were perfectly ok

Positive: Everything. The place is just as pictured, tastefully decorated, bright, and most importantly right on the beach. It’s quiet enough for restful night of sleep. Most favorite part is the terrace where we’d spent most of our time in the evenings. Just a perfect place to stay on the French side.
Negative: Truly, everything was simply perfect.
Summary: The place to be on St Martin!

Positive:
Good location, grocery store, gas station, restaurant and gourmet bakery right next door. View, guarded parking area. WIFI works fine.
Negative:
There is noise from the road. You can only swim in a couple of places on the beach. You can swim from the beach to the right until you come across a rock (about 2x2 meters of swimming space). Or to the left a couple of hundred meters until you come across a rock, and you will get to the sea behind the reef. The rest of the beach is sharp coral and sea urchins
Summary: Suitable for a couple
