You will spend an authentic stay in Lyon in my apartment, renovated, in an old building typically Lyonnais with a high ceiling. At the foot of the metro Sans-Souci, you can quickly enjoy the most beautiful places of our beautiful city.

Thanks to our lock system connected the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorisedparties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservationsincluded). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn'tpaid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
