Both bedrooms are exterior, with the same panoramic view. It also has an American kitchen with a living room and dining area, all in the same space. A full bathroom with shower and balcony ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, both in winter and summer, as it has a glazing system that makes it habitable all year round.It has underground parking and a storage room in the same building, accessible from the lift.The complex has a communal garden, with a basketball court and swings.REATE: ESS01179Important note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
