“When the place is that far from civilization hosts’d better be more supportive and helpful”

“Suan Sook Homestay is a lovely guest house away from the urban hustles of Chiang Mai. The room and the whole guest house including the garden around the house is beautifully arranged with such a love for details. Especially the sunset is amazing to watch from the terrace. The room was really comfy and clean with a stunning view of the garden and the mountains of Doi Inthanon. Kevin and his wife we're really friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and local activities. The breakfast was also very delicious and we enjoyed the Thai meals homecooked by Kevins wife. It was also great to get a glimpse of the rural Thailand and it is a perfect starting point to explore the Doi Inthanon National Parc. To get there and explore the area it is recommended to rent a car or scooter.”
