Gorgeous kitchen with all necessary amenities. Large family room with 85 inch smart TV, & electric fireplace. Two bedrooms with king sized beds. Kids bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom with large walk in shower and rain shower. Large yard with Gazebo and outdoor dining space. 2 car garage. Truly a fab house! This home is brand new! Everything was renovated with modern finishes and decor. It provides a spacious place for entertainment and function. The backyard is fantastic with large covered gazebo. In addition, the home is centrally located with quick access to so much: Rosemont, Uptown Des Plaines, Chicago (drive or train), Schaumburg, tons of outdoor activities, tons of amazing restaurants! We worked really hard to make this a great home!
