“Well they could have an on-site manager overnight to be able to help a situations like people getting locked out of there room like the situation I had but it's okay”

“My mom and I booked this hotel to attend the Vera Bradley sale that was supposed to go on May 1-3. but had found out that it was cancelled after we had checked in. The room smelled bad. There were no trash cans in the room, no soap for washing hands and only one wash rag and towel even though we reserved a room for two people. The microwave above the range had a broken handle and did not open. The staff was kind enough to have maintenance bring a countertop microwave. We ended up checking out the same day we checked in since the sale was cancelled, so I cannot review the bed that was in the room or whether or not they had any breakfast items in the morning. I probably won't book here again even though the staff was nice, and it was a decent price for a weekend stay. ”

“The whole reason I booked this was because it advertised the breakfast buffet and the pool. We got there and the pool was closed with no water in it, there was no breakfast buffet the microwave didn’t work and we had several crawlies plus the people who were staying there for an extended period were inconsiderate and screaming and fighting over the gazebo both nights ”

“Stove was dirty, parked RV that looked like it was being lived in parked in the middle of the parking lot. Steps felt unsafe when walking up to the second level”

“The shower didn’t have a curtain so water got all over the floor. The kitchen sink had ants in it. The floor was sticky and not clean. There was stuff on the bedsheets. I did request a partial refund from the property.”

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked this as a quick stop on my way along on a trip and I felt so uncomfortable there that I actually left, forfeited my money, and left to find another hotel. While I understand the price was fairly inexpensive, the pictures online made it look decently comfortable, clean, and at least safe. When I walked in, the room had an unbearable odor that lingered on me for days, despite only staying in the room for about 30 minutes. It lacked basic necessities like toilet paper, towels, and pillows. The sink was clogged and filled to the brim with dirty water, sludge, and miscellaneous trash left from the previous guest, making it clear that the room had not thoroughly cleaned— if at all—between stays. The room was very poorly lit, and right on the busy main road, giving a general unsafe feeling. It was hard to forfeit the money I spent on the room, but I knew that I would not be able to sleep there, and was so glad that I left.”

“Very good size motel room , no toilet paper ,bring your own buy some before arriving here. Even the towels n wash clothes dingy and there was no remote controller watch tv. Had people lingering all over the place. ”

“The auto-date set has cost me a lot of money selecting random dates of chech-in, cancel and rebooking. The last time will probably be my last time using hotels. Your an I receiving deposits back. 1 person clean no pet no smoke just shower and sleep! ”
