Positive: Great location close to pelican brewery area, beach access but large hill to go down to get to the beach. Has a good set up, loved the back deck and had nice views. Kitchen was well stocked
Negative: Towels had sour smell, and carpet needed to be cleaned. Coffee pot didn’t fit the coffee maker and almost caused water to overflow out the top.

The property was very nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed the property.
Negative:
The TV in the main area didn’t work. Also the garage door had issues. My issue with this whole experience was the rescheduling policy. Booking.com said moving dates was allowed. Meridith properties stated in the confirmation that you couldn’t reschedule. This was VERY stressful when the bad weather became a reality. I will think twice about booking with either company again.

The place was very comfortable, clean and within walking distance to the beach.
It had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting by the fireplace early in the morning. Some fabulous sunsets at the beach.

This home was lovely. It rained for most of our trip so we spent lots of time indoors next to the fireplace playing board games and cooking. It was a relaxing getaway
